Dear CYC Member,
The Committee of the Cowes Yacht Club invite you to attend the 2023 Annual General Meeting followed by afternoon tea and the AGM Dinner and Trophy Presentations on Saturday 10 th June 2023 at the Club.

Attendance at the meeting will also be available via Zoom. The link will be sent to all members with the Annual Reports and AGM Minutes closer to the date of the meeting.

The arrangements for the AGM Dinner and Trophy presentations will be communicated shortly.

The links below are to the AGM Notice of Meeting and Agenda, the Nomination Form for the election of the season 2023/2024 Committee members, the Proxy Form for the resolutions on the Agenda for this year’s meeting should you be unable to attend and the Draft CYC Rules 2023 as pre-reading. Any questions about the Draft Rules should be emailed prior to the meeting to the commodore@cowesyachtclub.com
